I’ve been here several times before and my experience was good however this time I came in for a shellac pedi and the paint job is terrible. Nowhere near my cuticle and very uneven, with a scalloped border. Worst pedicure paint job I’ve had in 25 years. It’s like a child did it. My nails were also cut too short, they look awful. This was my appointment before my wedding, so I came in really hoping for a relaxing and positive experience. I have been coming to this salon since high school and it has always been my go to. I used to trust that I would get the same great service every time, but this last visit was really disappointing. I got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. 30 min regular pedicure for $30 with Lee . 30 min includes 5 mins polish selection, 10 mins poor quality filing, no massage and amateur polish application and 10 mins to dry the polish and 5 min to pay the bill . Thats literally 10 mins of active service. Please do the math.....There are sooo many neighboring salons who charge $35 for 45 mins of good wholesome service. This was a disappointing experience in terms of quality and pricing.
