You wait wait and more wait, while others go in front of you. Don’t seem like everyone knows how to do nails correctly. You get passed around. Expensive for the service you get.
Staff arguing in front of customers is not only VERY unprofessional it does not provide for a relaxing spa environment. Not what I expected from my visit today.
RecommendedIt was super busy which was understandable for it being a Saturday. While I was getting my pedi a guy handed me a warm neck pillow thing that felt awesome and smelled really good and calming. Another guy gave me an ice cream bar which was also super cool. Everyone was really nice and it was nice inside and clean. My nails look great.. John did an excellent job on my full set and was super quick as he knew I was in a rush to get back home to my baby at the end. Highly recommend!
Paid $45 for a poorly shaped full set after waiting over an hour to be serviced. Couldn’t even provide the design that I wanted, and despite me pointing out the shape several times, they are leaning more than the Tower of Pisa. Nail tech repeatedly filed my skin, resulting in it bleeding. Overall, amateur, poor service not worth more than $20. The environment is nice and the staff is welcoming. This is my first bad experience.

Came today as a first time guest. The place is absolutely beautiful and clean. We had Annie and she really paid close attention to detail and had utmost respect to senior citizens. Then we headed to the eyebrow section and our attendance was a jewel. Very kind and professional. We will return here again when visiting the area. �
