This business could care less about the quality of their work. The owner did a horrendous job on my relative’s nails. She was rushed, unprofessional, and overall sloppy. I could have done a better job on her nails myself! For a business that has been in practice for 10+ years, you would think they would value their customers and ensure a job well-done. How do you expect to build customer rapport with a bad first impression? Avoid RAGAZZA at all costs!

Very inexperienced! There were only 2 ladies there, the owner and another employee. The other lady did both my husband’s pedicures. Had to do our pedicures one by one. Charged us for a pedicure I didn’t even ask for. The color choices were very poor. Asked for a light pink marked with a number on their sample nails and she brings a magenta color marked with the same number. Then the minute we got home both big toe nails smudged.
Great Service, great staff every time I go.
