I went to have a pedicure and the atmosphere was nice, but there was an older gentleman who did my service and did not give me the greatest experience. Some context, I do have experience in nail tech but it was my birthday and I wanted to treat myself. I asked for a full pedicure but he just did not do a good job. He didn't push my cuticles on my left foot and pretended like he knew what he was doing. I was there waiting for over an hour, and no one would help me. I spoke to someone who said they would attend to me right away, but nothing happened; I waited another 15 minutes, and still nothing. I decided it was best to just leave.
Do not sleep on this nail salon!! I was greeted immediately with all smiles and a very clean, beautiful space. Wow! My nail professional Catherine asked me what I wanted and DELIVERED. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before leaving. Tommy performed my pedi and my toes are looking open toe ready. Thank you Aroma!!
I came in to get my toes done and I heard someone speaking to me but I couldn't tell where from until I looked down. Sweet, short girl named Kimber greeted me and got me exactly what I needed. 10/10 highly recommend.
My favorite place to go for a pedicure! The hot stone massage is included in the regular price 😍, always super clean and every employee is friendly.
