I just has the worst experience of my life at this nail spa. I literally cried my eyes out as soon as I got home. I went in wanting my nails done specifically like the picture I provided and that assured me they can do it only to be there since 12 pm till now and the guy doing them messing up continuesly and assuring me it was going to be fixed when he sanded them down and me telling him that's not what I wanted and it did not look anything like the picture. Jolie did a great job on my nails. I got the SNS dip. They could be a bit more friendly & welcoming. I am never greeted when I walk in the door, several people will look your way and try their hardest to ignore you lol Not sure what that’s about. The place is beautiful and clean. They also have adorable kids pedicure chairs that my daughter uses.
I love this shop. I make the drive from oxnard just to get my nails dones by lynn and her team. Clean shop good vibes and there wrk is amazing.
For theeee best foot rub, ask for My, he's amazing! I cant tell you how many massages and pedicures ive gotten. This man gives the best foot rub ever, and hand massages. Next time im going to request extra time for the rubs. ...and hes married, I checked. So everybody calm down!� go get your feet rubbed��
