I had been to this salon a few years ago and it was okay, so I decided to stop by again for a last minute gel polish. Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. Right from the start, my massage chair wasn’t working. I let the person doing my pedicure know and all she said was “sorry.” I just wanted the chair to lean back because I felt like I was hovering over her the entire time. The cashier tac’s on additional charges at checkout without informing customers before work is done. Over charged me for fill and polish . I was told 45 when I can in and at checkout I was charged 53.00
