I went here 2 times in the last 8 years and both times weren't good. The 2nd time I went I only went because it had been a while and I said things could have changed. So when I went the 1st time I got gel and it chipped and peeled in the first week. Then the 2nd time I went and got gel one nail pulled and one other didn't looked right it was bumpy not smooth. Place is unsanitary. used the same equipment on my friend, daughter and myself, with some other lady today 8/8/2026. I should have walked out as soon as i noticed that. i now have red irritated toes. I will be reporting to the board of health.
I had a gel fill and a gel color change on my toes. They took me in last minute because the place I go to was closed which I so appreciate and Ivy was so sweet. We had great conversation over our love of diamonds. I've been here quite a few times before as well. She always does great.
Horrible customer service. Will never be trying this place. Brought my little sister here for her birthday. I made an appointment for a manicure. I walk in 15 min early and they all are staring and then finally hear me and we sit. My sister has a inspo idea and when we showed the lady she automatically had an issue because they were acrylic in the inspo.
