I had a gel fill and a gel color change on my toes. They took me in last minute because the place I go to was closed which I so appreciate and Ivy was so sweet. We had great conversation over our love of diamonds. I've been here quite a few times before as well. She always does great.

Horrible customer service. Will never be trying this place. Brought my little sister here for her birthday. I made an appointment for a manicure. I walk in 15 min early and they all are staring and then finally hear me and we sit. My sister has a inspo idea and when we showed the lady she automatically had an issue because they were acrylic in the inspo. She said noone was free to assist so I kindly ask if we can wait or come back. They chat among the few in the salon and she then goes oh he said come back at 8 with a unsure... read more

Been coming here for over six years now. The past three appointments he has not honored our appointment time and asked me to come back in thirty or forty minutes. Our appointment for today was at 2:30 and he told me to come back in 40 minutes, I came back after 30 minutes and he told me to come back again in another 30. This is plan disrespectful and rude and unprofessional. I drive over an hour from Boston to come get my nails done and this is just plain rude. Never doing this drive again.

HORRIBLE they put so little glue on the nails so it breaks off so easily, they do it on purpose so you can always go back quick to get a new set!

I appreciate their customer service, any issues I've had regarding service was promptly dealt with, nails came out great :)
