Been coming here for over six years now. The past three appointments he has not honored our appointment time and asked me to come back in thirty or forty minutes. Our appointment for today was at 2:30 and he told me to come back in 40 minutes, I came back after 30 minutes and he told me to come back again in another 30. This is plan disrespectful and rude and unprofessional. I drive over an hour from Boston to come get my nails done and this is just plain rude. Never doing this drive again.
HORRIBLE they put so little glue on the nails so it breaks off so easily, they do it on purpose so you can always go back quick to get a new set!
I appreciate their customer service, any issues I've had regarding service was promptly dealt with, nails came out great :)
Terrible, awful, horrendous! If you want chop shop quality nails then look no further but if you’re looking for good quality nails that last DO NOT GO HERE! If I could leave a zero star review I would. I came in against my better judgement as it is located in a mall, however, they were the only place open when I got off work. I have been getting Gel X for a while and it typically lasts at least 4 weeks and has even stayed on 6 weeks before. I went on Thursday 10/30 and got a new set of gel x.
