Male owner has an awful attitude. Service kept getting lazier, sloppier, worse & worse. I continued to go there & tip extremely well in hopes that things would change because the salon was so convenient to my home. No such luck. They insist on doing things their way no matter no matter how nicely you request a change. They don't deserve my money. I would not recommend.

The other 1 star reviews tell the truth. I have never had such a terrible nail job. The man who did my manicure was impatient, rude, and refused to do the service I asked for and filed my nails down to the quick. I have never been so anxious while getting my nails done. It was not relaxing at all. After mentioning my experience to the tanning place next door, found out they have a reputation for being rough and shoddy. DO NOT come here.

I would do 0 stars if it was allowed. The man doing the nails and answering the phone is beyond rude and nasty, not a way to run a business based on customer service. What I asked for was not done, it was communicated with him several times what he was doing wasn't right, he lost his patience making huffing noises like a child and then he didn't want to do the color that I wanted.
