The worst manicure that I have ever gotten. I did not know a simple manicure could be so bad.
Albert is the only employee who consistently performs at a high level. If he is unavailable, I'll consider returning later. Unfortunately, the other staff members exhibit rudeness and lack the necessary experience. Additionally, the language barrier presents a significant challenge.
The doorbell chime you have is called the "oriental riff". It's a stereotype and kind of offensive. It's very jarring to hear that every time your door opens. If you Google "oriental riff racist" you can learn more about it.
Usually I see Albert here but he was not available this time so I had a woman I’ve never seen before. Before we started I clearly expressed my concern for how thin my nails were and where one was starting to rip. She said okay and then proceeded to ignore everything I said and filed at my nails so much (including my skin multiple times) she was so rough and almost cut my finger in the nail clippers if I didn’t pull away.
