I wanted an ombré design and was told that i needed a whole new set in order to get it and then proceeded to tell me that it had to be done wit dip powder and it doesn’t not at all i have had ombré done many times and it was not done with dip powder. Seems to me they don’t have ppl in there that know how to actually do designs at all. Don’t waste your time or money the picture below is what i wanted.

Yumi did amazing on my full set!! She was super patient to find the right colors and listened to me when I needed something changed. She was quick and lots of fun! Place is always very clean, they call me by name and last minute appointments are always good for me lol
