Horrible place the man at the station in the left barely answers your questions or wants to look at you. He tells u ten min and then 30 mins goes by without an explanation I’ve walked out several times and the times I have gone in the nail techs are eating talking on there phones or watching videos with their feet up. It’s unprofessional and the favor their regular clients.
I used to frequent this salon years ago and for the most part was seemingly pleased. I moved back and decided to give it a go. They’re located in such a convenient location for me. Anyways with that being said the service that I received was absolutely horrible. The owners not so much Jenny but the guy (not sure of his name) has the absolute worst un-humbling attitude. The owner of this salon, Jenny, is very uprofessional and rude. She has no manners or kindness for long time customers. Zero respect. My foot will never step foot in there again. Hence the other reviews. Zero stars if I could give.
Really unfortunate experience - I have been coming here for years and the boss lady saw the difference in size, shape, and length on almost every one of my nails and was not much help in getting the matter resolved. A shame really won’t be coming back Bobby is cool tho
