I made a booking and arrived on time for my scheduled appointment. Upon arriving, I sat in the salon for around 15 minutes while listening to the owner loudly speak down to staff, It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere before my appointment had even begun. I was then taken to my chair and told to sit down, but after that I received no acknowledgement from either the owner or any staff member, apart from asking to pick a colour. Extremely pleased with the service from Nail Passion. Always beautifully done acrylics by the ladies there. I went for an infill and noticed after I had paid that there was something small trapped under my top coat I spoke to Teagan and she was super helpful and booked me in for a free repair for it the very next day. Highly recommend Nail Passion.
