Awful awful awful service. Went in for an overlay and they piled acrylic on top of nails and then blamed me for not asking for what I want in the right way. Argued with me and tried to cut my real nails off and get to leave!! I refused and allowed the guy to continue. I was charged 55 plus 25 for nail sculpting??? What is that? Also, the women of a certain color were greeted and treated way better than any brown woman that walked in while I was there. Jason did amazing! I had gotten my nails done somewhere else and was unhappy with them. I came here to get them fixed and Jason went above excellence to help me. From the moment I sat in his chair he had me laughing. I’d recommend this salon to anyone who wants good quality, a clean environment, and amazing customer service.
I got my nails done today by May and it was perfect. The shop is calm and quiet, no overwhelming smell, soft piano music, and seasonal scapes on the tvs. May did a thorough manicure, took her time, didn’t skip any steps, and still finished in an hour. She even massaged my arms and brought ended with a hot towel. 10/10 recommended
They did AMAZING!! Very welcoming and friendly quick. I got French tip and my feet done.
