Lately it seems that the owners of the salon do not want to make appointments for certain manicurists unless you are receiving gels or a more expensive service. I have contacted them several times now and when I request a particular manicurist they say that she has no openings or the appointments are at dinner time. I’ve been a loyal client since the salon opened prior to these owners, more than six years. I take VERY good care of the manicurist and I’m very respectful.

Have been here for pedicures on several occasions but this last time will not return. Usually there is a pleasant lady at the front. Today the gentleman basically informed me they had no one available for pedicures the rest of the day it was 2pm. I went down the block minimal wait and much nicer. I don’t mind waiting I get that as a walk in. But to flat out refuse service I kindly said ok and left. Love getting my mani and pedi here! Everyone is so friendly especially the owner , and they do a great job !
