I have been a Nail Monster customer for almost 3 years now and I come back every month! The quality of work is exceptional; my structure gel lasted 6 weeks and could have gone longer if it wasn’t for the growth! No lifting, no peeling, and my nails are so healthy!
Beautiful technique and skill with Excellent customer service. I had dip removal, structure gel manicure that included a warm lotion glove treatment and hand massage, and cat eye desigh/color polish. Total was $130 plus tip. Kinda pricey but well worth it!
I had a very disappointing experience with this business. Not only was my reservation canceled without explanation, but when I tried to rebook, I was told I was “not welcome” in a very rude and unprofessional manner. No customer should be treated this way. Clear communication and respect are the basics of good service, and unfortunately, this business failed on both. I would not recommend booking here.
William was excellent!! Very attentive to my needs after basketball wreaked havoc on my feet :( the entire place was a great experience definitely will be going back.
