Beautiful results and an enjoyable atmosphere. The nail techs are always up to date with trends. My nails are a work of art. Can’t wait for my next visit!
I went in for a single repair with Tracy after I had a fill in 2 days ago. I waited patiently 1hr & the repair was done badly (as pictured) & looked completely different than my other nails. I asked her if there was anything she could do too fix it & she suggested a new set. I agreed & she said she didn't really feel like it & that it would be $70 which is really expensive (in her words). I insisted that we find a solution since I had paid for the repair already. She declined to service me any further & refunded me instead. ... read more
I get the exact same service each visit and every time I am charged a different fee. I have been a loyal customer since the business opened about 8 years ago. I am tired of being nickled and dimed each visit. I don't think I can continue patronizing this business. Probably would have left a long time ago but I do appreciate them being open on Sundays which works well with my schedule sometimes. A lot of other nearby nail shops aren't open on Sundays. Heavily considering taking my business elsewhere.

I appreciate how they always listen to what I want. They offer helpful suggestions without being pushy. I leave with nails I love every time. Can’t ask for more.
