Went today to get acrylics for my upcoming prom. I went in the summer a couple times and always had a positive expierience. However, today was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. The guy that was doing my nails cut me around 5 times and also drilled into my skin which had started to bleed. He also got acrylic ALL over my fingers and had to peel it of with the nippers. 6/6/2016 "Lem" did my gel fill and shellac polish. Soon I discovered some miniscule dips and ridges. I did not have time to return to the salon and address the issue. 7/6/2016 I went to a differnet salon for a fill and when the Nail Masters shellac application was removed, there were small areas where no powder had been applied and I had slight green, yellow and blue discoloration on my nail beds. I had all of the gel removed, I believe I had the start of a funus from the Nail Masters appointment.

After reading the other reviews, I expected to be very happy with coming here. I made an appointment for my mom and me for a shellac manicure. We arrived on time and I was seen right away, while she sat for 40 minutes waiting for me. They did not acknowledge her or aplogize for not having enough staff available for us to get our nails done together. I gave one star because my nails do look good, but am very disappointed with customer service. We won't be returning.

This is my definite go-to nail salon! I love its impeccably clean nature and attentive staff. When you first come in, you immediately feel the relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The chairs are highly comfortable, they have a great array of nail polish collections (my favorites being Essie and OPI), and the price is pretty reasonable! I normally don't like to be bothered when I get my nails done (and sometimes prefer to sleep it through), and the workers here are very sweet enough to not disturb my "alone" time.
