Absolutely Disgusted – This Was the Last Time. I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now, and up until today, I’ve always left satisfied. One of the younger girls usually does my nails and they’re always on point—clean, precise, and professional. But today? I’m beyond disgusted. An older gentleman did my nails and it was a complete mess from start to finish. He could barely see what he was doing. I came in yesterday for a basic pedicure- i’m going on a trip this weekend. the lady was nice enough but she used the foot file thing and basically shaved my skin off TWICE…. she also dug too far and cut into my skin on both big toes, while trying to remove cuticles. I usually wouldn’t bother leaving a review for one bad experience, but it was the overall inability to do a basic pedicure and the fact that I am now in actual pain going into my trip.
