I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this is important for others to know. I had a gel manicure done less than a week ago. The gel began lifting and peeling at the tips on each of my nails — this is not normal wear for a fresh gel manicure. I returned to the salon to ask them to please have this corrected. Instead of acknowledging that this should not be happening so soon, I was told it “must have been two weeks,” which was not true. DO NOT GO HERE!!! THIS GUY PHYSICALLY HURT ME! HE GRIND MY NAILS SO HARD WITH THE DRILL HE INJURED AND BURNT EVERY SINGLE FINGER AND IT STILL HURTS TWO DAYS LATER! NAILS ARE THE TOTALLY WRONG COLOR EVERY SINGLE NAIL HAS BUBBLES AND TERRIBLE UNEVEN SHAPE!!! REFUSED A REFUND!
I love my nails and great customer service! The matcha pedi is my favorite!!!
