When I came in there was only 1 technician available(Jenny, the manager) & at the time, she was helping a customer. She failed to even acknowledge my presence. As I was picking out my polish, another customer walked in. After Jenny was done with the customer she was with, she walked over (still not even acknowledging my presence) & told the lady that came n after me, that she was ready for her. I assumed the lady had an appt so I didn't say anything, but good customer service means u should at least communicate that & tell m... read more

This is how business should be - I haven't been in for 1 year because we moved & when I walked in I was greeted by name! The manicure was wonderful & like so much of life you have to get to know who you are with by asking questions & truly caring. I am sorry for the previous review because that isn't normal unless you got designs on your littles services. Love these people & their service����

Horrible Experience! My mom, my two daughters, my niece, and I went to Pedi Spa and Nails to get pedicures and the girls' fingernails polished. Everything was going alright until it was time to pay. My 6 year old niece was charged $5 for nail polish and $15 for a pedicure while my 8 year old daughter was charged $18 for a pedicure and my 11 year old daughter was charged $23 for a pedicure, which is $2 off of the adult price. Before our visit, my mom called to verify children's pedicure prices and was told it would be $15. Ho... read more

Super slow! Myself and the other women sitting near me had our feet submerged in water so long waiting, our feet were shriveled up and water was cold. When the lady finally started on my feet she cause a few of my cuticles to bleed. When rinsing the salts off my legs she must not of checked the water and burnt my leg. I accidentally cussed really loud causing everyone to look. The lady wasn't overly apologetic about it either. Overall I was very disappointed. Won't be returning.
