My fingers hurt. They're croocked and have acrylic under most the nails I'm going back in to complain. The woman who did them did not want to understand what I wanted at all. I'm very unhappy. Im taking a picture in of what I want and they hopefully will have someone fix/ redo my nails free of charge. Photos of my nail are posted to the page
Been there once and will never go back! Horrible service and left with cut up cuticles!
Cayla did my nails today and does an awesome job every time my 2 yr old always says oh pretty nails mommy he's the biggest fan will keep going back to her every time and if she's not available there are others can do a great job as well thanks so much for making this mama happy ;-)
I'm big on customer service. The guy didn't listen to what I wanted, put two coats on my nails topped it off and called it good even when I told him it wasn't what I wanted still he charged me $25 after he made my cuticles bleed. Not cool.

I was a customer for almost 9 years and for the first time was made to feel like I was an inconvenience!! I am big on Customer Service above all else and I received extremely poor Customer, even though I had an appointment!!! My nails were almost finished when a scheduled group came in early. At that point, my nails were very hastily and partially finished up then I was sent on my way without even a thank you or good-bye!!
