I hate to leave a negative review because the people here are so kind and attentive! But unfortunately, I have had 2 very mediocre and disappointing experiences here. The customer service is amazing, but I feel like there was a lack of attention to detail especially with nail prep. My gel nails started lifting after 3 days, I went back and they “fixed” them for free. But then those started lifting again in less than a week. Diem has been amazing for me! I have been able to grow my nails out longer and healthier than ever before. The staff are always incredibly kind, I never have to wait for my appointments, and on the rare occasion I have concerns or an issue with the nails is it addressed promptly. She doesn't do designs or pedicures (for now at least) herself - but Lindsey has helped when I want them and I have never had better artists than here.
Absolutely love Nail Inspo. I’m an inconsistent goer. I’ll do a few sets in a row and then go without gel for a few months, then on again, but I’ve only gone to Nail Inspo since 2023. I’ve had many different techs and always confidently make an appointment with anyone available because truly everyone is so good. I appreciate how detailed they are from start to finish. I also appreciate the clean sanitary environment.
