Diem has been amazing for me! I have been able to grow my nails out longer and healthier than ever before. The staff are always incredibly kind, I never have to wait for my appointments, and on the rare occasion I have concerns or an issue with the nails is it addressed promptly. She doesn't do designs or pedicures (for now at least) herself - but others have helped when I want them and I have never had better artists than here.

They are fantastic! They go so in depth and cover everything I needed for a pedicure. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Can’t recommend inspo nails enough.
Nail Inspo continues to be my favorite nail salon!! They have the best quality technicians in town with superior craftsmanship. My chrome/shellac nails lasted for a month! Located in midtown and their space has nice lighting and new decor.
