I've been going to Nail Image for almost 6 years. It is a very good, basic salon that does what I consider premium sanitary work. It is NOT a day spa. But if you want a quality pedi/mani, go. I also do waxing and they do an excellent eyebrow wax.

DON'T USE THIS SALON – I had used them for years, was very loyal and tipped well! I showed up for a scheduled appointment and was turned away like I was a walk in and they had never seen me before! They admitted to a scheduling error but weren't willing to accommodate me at all! Service had been declining since they changed hands so that is it for me too many nail salons in Raleigh to be bothered!!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!! – I thought with all these great ratings I could'nt strike out on this one. WRONG! My daughter went in for a gel fill and left very unhappy!! (the original set was put on in Va.) When she left the salon her nails were filed all uneven and had such sharp points on the edge they could have been used as a weapon. The actual gel fill was also extremely poor. Great customer service – I have been getting my nails done at Nail Image since it opened. I highly recommend it to all of my friends. It is very clean and they sterilize in between customers. The employees are so sweet. They give wonderful pedicures. To avoid the crowds book an appointment or go before 5pm M-F. There is usually long waits on Saturdays.

Best salon in town! – Great salon! Clean, efficient and Mai does the best gel nails in town. My nails last longer than 3 weeks. The best part is that they will put a tip on your credit card! Great place. I recommend it to all my friends.

Prom Disaster – My daughter and I went to get toes, nails and eyebrows done. I went because of such great reviews. However, I am very disappointed. The man named JADEN did my toes and my daughter's nails was awful. Either he is in training or he just doesn't know what he is doing. My daughter was waiting for me and when I picked her up and looked at her nails her fingers had visible glue all around the nails. I told Jaden who attempted to wipe the glue off. I won't go anywhere else for a pedicure! – I absolutely love Nail Image Salon. I've been going for about a year and I receive a gorgeous pedicure every time. I usually don't have an appointment, but I've never waited more than 15-20 minutes if I just walk in on a busy afternoon. The salon is very clean, prices are reasonable and the staff are all friendly and nice. I truly won't go anywhere else.

Wonderful Service – A very nicely decorated and calming place to go for the ultimate in pampering yourself. Everything is very clean and I feel no qualms about recommending this salon to anyone. Instruments are sterilized and opened fresh for each customer. You are given very personal treatment, and not rushed through. Also, the prices are quite reasonable, in my opinion. I would not go to any other place!

Wonderful – I got my first manicure here 3 years ago and I've never gone anywhere else since. The staff is always pleasant and they do great work. I've never had a problem with quality or fitting in an appointment. The waxing services are great also (I'd recommend Kayla). Once you get your nails done here, you'll never go anywhere else.
