First time customer. I booked online for a manicure but when I got there, I asked if they could give me more length and they accommodated me. I ended up getting biogel and love it! Lincoln started my manicure and his attention to detail was superb! The salon was clean and stylish with so many service options. And the price was a lot better than I was expecting. I'll definitely be back!
I have used nail house for years and will never go here again. I booked the group booking online 3 weeks ago for my wedding. I put in the memo the group size and exactly what was needed for each person. I was called today (2 days before) and told they cannot accommodate us because the group booking on their website only blocked off one tech. I asked if there was anything that could be done and they said no. So now we are two days before our wedding and have to find someone else.
