Hours of operation show open until 8pm on Saturdays. I made it to the salon at 2:20pm and they said that they were closed for the day. Keep in mind it says walk-ins are welcomed. Major inconvenience. I will never return.
They should clearly state “APPOINTMENT ONLY” so customers don’t assume they accept walk-ins and end up paying for parking unnecessarily. I walked in, and only one person was being assisted, so being busy was not the issue—especially at 10 a.m. -_-
Prices are unreasonably high for the services provided. Paying $100 for a medium length French tip is absurd. Besides that, I’d recommend Tia.

Tia was so kind and accommodating for my schedule, and she did a great job on my nails! Definitely will be returning to her
