I was excited to try Nail House because I had been wanting to visit for quite some time. They’re one of the few salons that offer e-file manicures /pedicures, so I was looking forward to finally booking an appointment. Unfortunately, my experience started off rocky. When booking online, I accidentally selected the wrong date. I tried to update it but couldn’t because of the cancellation policy, so I left a note requesting assistance. Hours of operation show open until 8pm on Saturdays. I made it to the salon at 2:20pm and they said that they were closed for the day. Keep in mind it says walk-ins are welcomed. Major inconvenience. I will never return.
They should clearly state “APPOINTMENT ONLY” so customers don’t assume they accept walk-ins and end up paying for parking unnecessarily. I walked in, and only one person was being assisted, so being busy was not the issue—especially at 10 a.m. -_-
Prices are unreasonably high for the services provided. Paying $100 for a medium length French tip is absurd. Besides that, I’d recommend Tia.
