Service was terrible. Went in with my daughter for a mani/pedi. The Water for pedi was scalding (and one that knows me I like hot water but not scalding water). I mentioned it was scalding and she said all good. No it is not all good my feet were super red! The appointment was extremely rushed and the most painful mani/pedi I have ever had. My big toe was bleeding and still hurts it's been hours. My finger Polish was very light and really needed another coat. My toes honestly a kindergartner could have painted them better. They are amazing at Nail & Hair bar. Kathy always does a fabulous job on my acrylics. Everyone does an awesome pedicure! Susie knows just how to color and cut my hair. I am always satisfied when I leave this salon.
Everyone is friendly and my new guy Jason did an awesome job. He was quick and efficient and was gentle 👍

I been going to this place since they open this nail place and owner Sara was nice .I noticed how her receptionist Stephanie is always rude ,moody, never smiles and always disrespectful. I will never return to this place because of very bad customer service skills and manager is her friend so she allows her to behave very bad with customers.I will never go to this place to do my nails .Please go somewere else that they are so nice the min you walk in to nail salon and they do everything to make costumers happy.The reason I b... read more
Service was terrible. Went in with a friend for a mani/pedi with an appointment. They called us over to get started 30 min late. Water for pedi was scalding so she put the cold water on and walked away, appointment was extremely rushed had almost all of my fingers bleeding til she was done, and just left us to make our payments at the counter with wet nails (nowhere to sit and dry them). Overall bad experience...never again. Hopefully I don't end up with a nail infection for putting glue on the cuts to stop the bleeding..ugh... read more
