AWFUL!!!!!!!!! Rude and Dirty! – I have never been treated as poorly as I was when I was at Nail Groove. I went in with a friend of mine with a Half Off Depot voucher. I called before I went and scheduled an appointment. The manager asked if we had a voucher, we said yes, he said to come at 3:00. We came at 3:00 and the women who works the front desk said "NO we do not accept anyone who has a voucher without an appointment. We said we called earlier, she went and got the manager and he said nope you can't get them done today... read more
