They don’t know how to do anything but VERY basic nails. She spent an hour scraping gel polish off my toes instead of using a drill to turn around and put regular polish on my toes despite that I said I wanted gel when I walked in and despite that she obviously seen I was wearing gel because she spent the last hour scraping it off.! It took 2 hours in total to complete a pedicure that should have taken 30-40 mins.
