I normally have a great experience at Nail Garden, which is why I continue to come back, but unfortunately I was pretty disappointed with my appointment this morning. My nail tech was an older woman with black glasses, side bangs, heels, and a floral apron. She was nice during parts of the appointment, but I felt uncomfortable speaking up about what I wanted. Horrible experience. I went in to get my nails done and they didn't even bother to get up and attend, instead, they had me yell across the room and tell them what I wanted. After that, I showed the design I wanted and they told me that the lady they had available "couldn't do the design" and began to laugh! I'm never coming here again.
Ouch! Cuticle clipper angled almost completely down and took a chunk out of my skin. Sent me out with only a bandaid and did nothing else to fix it. Gel job wasn’t amazing.
