I have been a regular at Nail Gala Salon for two years. The lady that normally does my nails quit. I have always been happy with the quality of work. I made an appointment with a new technician and ended up waiting 20 min before I just stood up and left. I feel that it was very disrespectful to set an appointment and then have such a delay. My old review was 5 stars, but I really fee disrespected. A five to ten minute delay I feel is acceptable. Going past 20 min is just rude. Why even make an appointment?
Megan was amazing!! I love my nails
Love, love, love Nail Gala Salon! We have had several different technicians do manis and pedis and all have been excellent. Megan, Ixcel and Lucy are our favorites and are exceptional with nail art!
