Favorite nail shop in tampa I LOVE this nail shop. The employee's are very nice. My nails looked great and healthy. The shop was clean and it located in the mall so of course shopping after you nails are done!
WORST nail salon in Tampa!!! TERRIBLE customer service! Received a manicure and pedicure and came out more than UGLY. Apparently they're the ONLY store that does not accept International Plaza gift cards and made me feel awful about it. The lady said "why you don't have another credit card you can use?" They then up charged me for various services, without even asking me during my services. When I asked to speak to the owner, she came out of the employee break room and spoke to me while still chewing her food. The salon was ... read more
NEVER GO HERE! TERRIBLE! Never go here. The lady was rude and my nails are ugly. I have gotten shellac over 50 times and the lady tells me if looks bad because I have wide nails. Then tells me if I mess them up she will not fix them. They will never get my business again and I hope this helps someone else from going there and getting screwed.
