Very unprofessional. I must say after ten years, I finally didn't have the patience for them today; especially knowing I wouldn't even walk out happy and satisfied service. Requested gel polish on my natural nails however it was done poorly, and instead of removing the bad polish, the guy added another color on top of it. He ended up applying more than five layers of polish, making my nails extremely thick. When I told them it was too thick, I was told that it “looks good.” I will not be returning
Amy & her staff were amazing for accommodating me with a same day appointment AND not to mention staying after hours to make sure the design was perfect ! Amy is fantastic at what she does & i definitely recommend nail fetish for everyone in the Palm Beach area !

Nice nasty nail salon, the lady that started my nails became upset when I pointed out the fact that had glued, my nail on crooked. She decided she didn’t want to do my nails at which she asked someone else and they said no. I proceeded to get up and leave, in which I tipped her for taking my nails off then I left.
