This place is completely gone! I went in a week ago, and the store is empty.
I had terrible experiences at this nail salon. The customer service here is awful, no respect for their black customers. They have caused injuries to my mom’s feet that caused to stay home for 10 days. I never write reviews on any businesses, therefore this explains how horrible the customer service at this nail salon. Please refrained from coming to this place.
Terrible customer service, this is the very first time I write review about any company. Pleaseeee do not come to this place if you do not want infections. They keep deleting my review.
Worse customer service ever! I came back to get my nail fix and they had an attitude. Made me come back the next day only to wait.
I was running short on time and informed a staff member that I wouldn't be able to finish my appointment, but she assured me that I would complete everything on time, so l agreed to proceed. I had acrylic on my toes that needed to be soaked off. The nail technician mentioned that there wouldn't be enough time for a soak-off and a pedicure, and suggested she would simply file down the old acrylic.
