I left with cuticle burns and my nail only lasted 48 hours before they popped off. Went to get them redone and the woman burnt my nails again, (fully expected some discomfort but developing scabs about my cuticle isn't ok) was told I'd get a full refund, waited 4 days before I contacted them again about the refund and the owner had no clue one of her nail tecks hurt someone so bad. Explain the situation again and to the owner and she offered to do me a new set but I refused to let anyone in that building touch my nails again... read more

Rude nail technician. I asked a few questions as this was the first time I had my nails done with acrylic and was told, very sharply 'I'm not done yet' In the light of day I can see that the acrylic coat has not been smoothed off, nor is it to the side of my nails. I have short, soft nails that break easily so only wanted a top to help bolster the nail. I do not recommend this business.
