DO NOT let the guy with tattoo eye brows and a pot belly do your nails. He cut me up and he could not do nails at all. He was also really mean and forced me to get tips put on because he said my nails weren’t long enough. They were plenty long. My nails looked horrendous and he obviously did not want to be doing them. I had to go to another nail salon and get them fixed. They also charge way too much.
The rudest and most disrespectful environment my mom and I have ever been in. Staff mocked me repeatedly by reiterating my words in a sarcastic tone (TO MY FACE) and continued to act like I was a burden the entire time. The tech also got very upset that THEIR nail swatch I picked didn’t match the actual polish color at all (see pictures). We tried 3 polishes and they were all NEON green, had to settle on a neon teal when I originally wanted a light turquoise. Very disappointed. Came in to get a pedicure (I chose the deluxe pedicure for $45 with gel polish) and a manicure on my natural nails also with gel polish, and my niece got a full set. My niece wanted a pink French tip with dark pink stripes. The first time the nail technician did a white tip with light pink stripes which looked nothing like the photo. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I got my nails done here on 4/27 by a guy that I repeatedly told what color I wanted. As he was doing my nails I noticed he never cut my cuticles, probably why they look like that on the ends. Once he was done shaping he pulled out the wrong base color, after telling over 3 times what color I wanted and that I ALWAYS get.
