Terrible Customer Service. Staff do not listen to customer. The lady was upset that all I wanted was a manicure and nail take off and not a fill. I wanted a full set after the manicure, but the manicure was so poorly done I just paid and left. I still gave a tip! Never returning.

Unfortunately, my experience at this nail shop was disappointing. My pedicure felt below average—especially when I noticed a staff member sitting next to me doing her own feet and scrubbing harder on herself than what was done on me. It was awkward and unprofessional. On top of that, the paint job on both my nails and toes is awful—messy edges, uneven coats, and just not what I paid for. Definitely not worth the time or money.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! I tried this place since I recently moved and was looking for a new salon. Unfortunately my experience was not good. I initially went in for a pedicure later in the evening. It was fine and I got simple red gel polish. Then, I asked the lady if she had time for a full acrylic set before they closed. She said yes. Go to Melody for all your nail art!!! She is the best and reasonably priced. Make sure to bring cash for tip!!!
