We came in with two young girls who were very excited to get their nails done. Unfortunately, one of the technicians made the experience uncomfortable by making ironic comments and laughing while working on one of the girls, which left her feeling embarrassed. I have been coming to this salon for a long time to get my nails done and usually had good experiences. Today, for the first time, I brought my 11-year-old daughter and her best friend. Unfortunately, the technician who worked on my daughter did a terrible job. Even worse, she made fun of my daughter’s nail design with another client. I have been coming here regularly every month for the past year now and I will continue! Everyone is very nice, but I have to shoutout Don! He is extremely nice and personable and takes so much pride in his work. He does an amazing job and he will continue to be my go-to guy!
This is my favorite nail salon. I have had a mani or pedi by almost everyone here over the last 2 years and it’s always a great experience.
