I went to get my graduation nails done and as completely disappointed with the set I got. I got a pedicure that turned out well and showed her my nail design and the stylist said she could do it for $85 ontop of the cost of the pedicure. She not only changed the design I wanted without my consent but didn’t even ask. I gave her my phone to show the exact design I wanted and she couldn’t do it. I stopped by today for a simple gel polish on my toes while the salon was empty. Unfortunately, the service was uncomfortable from the start. The technician dug into my sidewalls, leaving them sore, and most of the nails were flooded with polish. I asked if they could be fixed. Instead, she tried to dig the polish out with nippers. Another staff member came over and they both suggested it was just my skin — which was exactly my concern. I still paid full price, but I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. I was really excited to get my nails done today. I walked in, showed her the exact set I wanted, and she said she could do it. Everything seemed fine at first, but when she started, the base color was completely different from what I asked for, and my nails were already looking crooked. I thought maybe it was one of those “trust the process” situations… but I was so wrong. I politely asked if she could make the base less pink to match the photo, and instead she added even MORE pink.
