I came in for a basic gel removal and cut/file. The nail tech seemed annoyed that I wasn’t getting a fill, and the service felt rushed. The ends of my nails are clearly uneven and roughly filed. There was no soak off, only removal with the e-file (updated: this felt harsh on my nails, but the main issue is the rough edges and inconsistent shape). I was charged $20, and honestly wish I went to a different salon for this simple service.
This salon gives great service every visit! I visited last time with my sister & they remembered us both! They are able to accommodate any and all requests I have & they are my go to when I have specific design requests. I love that they customize their pink base when I ask for French. & I love supporting women owned businesses
My daughter and I have been coming to Hanna for almost a year now. We love being pampered and are never disappointed with the services we get. I like to get the hybrid gel nails and often am inspired by pics on Hanna’s Instagram. My designs always get me compliments and I love it! Everyone at the shop is friendly, they take their time, and take a lot of pride in their work. I will not go to any other salon!
