I am so disappointed. I had a hectic week and wanted a little self-care. Walked in and was greeted warmly. Sat for pwdicure right away. I asked got hotter water bc the woman had it start as cold. I said regular pedicure. The tech said you need gel. I said No thank you again and her handling became rough. I had to say something about her being rough with the clippers.
