I HAD been going to polished nails for over three years. Nicole has messed them up bad one time and my nail tech that apparently moved fixed them over time. I had someone new today and it was HORRIBLE! She completely changed the shape of my nails to the point of unfixable! I always had square shaped and she changed them to lopsided eggs! The receptionist tried to fix them and Lee knew what was going on. I was extremely upset. The horrible nail tech who didn't even do my cuticles charged me $45. There’s a lady who works here that leaves your nails RAW, RED and BURNING in PAIN. Many have complained to owner and she does nothing about it. Someone could get an infection! Rude and irresponsible place.

Would never give these people my money again. Me and my mom went there before a funeral, we set our appointment for three hours before the funeral and let them know that we had a funeral to go to. I swear it was like they almost moved slow on purpose, the tech that was working on my mom consistently kept getting up and walking away from her to talk to other techs. Poor Service and Painful Experience I’ve been coming here for years, but this visit was unacceptable. The tech used clippers on dry toes without soaking, which left a cut on my big toe. I’ve never had my toes clipped without soaking first—it helps prevent splitting and avoids injury. When I brought it up, the manager/owner explained that every tech does things differently, but I made it clear that it should be based on the customer’s preference, not the tech’s.
