Would never give these people my money again. Me and my mom went there before a funeral, we set our appointment for three hours before the funeral and let them know that we had a funeral to go to. I swear it was like they almost moved slow on purpose, the tech that was working on my mom consistently kept getting up and walking away from her to talk to other techs. Poor Service and Painful Experience I’ve been coming here for years, but this visit was unacceptable. The tech used clippers on dry toes without soaking, which left a cut on my big toe. I’ve never had my toes clipped without soaking first—it helps prevent splitting and avoids injury. When I brought it up, the manager/owner explained that every tech does things differently, but I made it clear that it should be based on the customer’s preference, not the tech’s. Polished Salon is the best! By far ….Lee is the man ! He is consistent and very professional! I’ve been going there for 10 years. I never ever have an issue. His work is impeccable…..Stacey gives a marvelous pedicure and the salon is warm and welcoming. Just remodeled and they did a fabulous job. You will love your visit there ! They are all very good. Tiffany and Lee the owners are truly exceptional. Love them both ! 🩵
The cleanest salon in the area by far. Pedicure was good & everyone was very nice. But seriously, this place is so clean… definitely coming back
