I came in yesterday to get a full set and pedi for my 10year wedding anniversary. I showed a picture of what I wanted, sleek, classy ombre french tip. I have bright pink BUBBLE NAILS, they're horrid. The man who did my nails didnt agree with the color i picked and insisted on a color "that popped". I told him I didnt like it, he told me to wait until he was done. Brought my 2 nieces in for nail polish. We went in, put their names on the list, picked out colors and sat patiently in the (dirty) waiting area. After a few min, the main lady came over and rudely took the polishes from my nieces and said that “the polishes are not for kids”. After she sat back down, she looked over and said that it was going to be a very long wait - we were next in line. Clearly, I could tell we were not wanted, so we left. My nieces and we’re crushed. 1 star and the inly reason they are getting one star is because it makes me!!! My shellac looks like a 5 yr old did it my nails are sloppy and ugly!! Im a professional i need to jeep myself PROFESSIONAL!!!
Really nice people and they did a great job on my nails. It was my third time going and I have never had any issues
