I was charged 80 dollars for lined French tips that weren’t even what I had asked for. They cut my finger, had the nail color I wanted for the lines on my French tips but for whatever reason told me she couldn’t do it. I ended up leaving bleeding and not with the nails I had asked for. I had seen more recent bad reviews but wanted to give it a try. The reviews are right please go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 20 years, and I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else! Kim, the owner, is the sweetest person — always welcoming, kind, and genuinely cares about her clients. The entire staff does such an amazing job every single time. The salon is always clean, relaxing, and has such a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend!

I came in for a set of two acrylic toenails on my big toes. I asked for natural pink powder. I was quoted $10. Halfway through the appointment, she told me that it was too much work and they would have to charge me $20. I said, how about $15? She said okay. Then, the lady that was doing my toes said she was finished when my toes were clearly unfinished! I had asked for natural pink powder. Unfortunately, the high priced services here do not equal leaving with high quality nails or toes. We were unhappy with how our fingers and toes looked after we left and $200+ is a steep price to pay just to come home and file your nails later so that they look even or are shaped the way you asked for them to be...

Told me they could do something and they couldn't, asked them to do a fill, totally removed the nail instead and said they wouldn't charge me for the removal. Botched my pedicure. After they started botching my manicure I just asked them to stop and payed for the pedicure with the nail extensions still on. They charged me for the removal anyway. Horrible place, if I could give negative stars I would. 70 dollars for a messed up pedicure.
