The guy who attended me used his drill really fast on my nails and hurt me . I had to tell him several times that he was hurting me and almost cut me . He didn’t apologize or anything . very bad service honestly super rushed . Nail polish was left on my cuticles . Same thing with the pedicure I got from one of the ladies.
I usually come here and ask for Hannah (who is kind, attentive, and very good ) but Hannah was not working this day and I’m quite dissatisfied with my nails…. Not only is the work unclean (there should not be any polish on cuticles…) but the individual was very careless. I had to remind her to put TWO coats, not one coat of polish. I also had to ask several times to file the nail better because it was very noticeable assymetrical. I love this place! Every time I show them a picture of what nails I want, they execute so nicely. They’re always so nice and attentive.
Ok, I’ve been a customer for years and honestly I come because it’s budget friendly however… got a bone to pick with this place. First off, if you take your kids (two daughters) make sure you tell them, and retell them, and then tell them again that the kids cannot add in designs without your consent. They will take ADVANTAGE and try to upscale the service at every minute Making the experience NOT RELAXING but sort of defensive. So please know that.
