First time leaving a bad review. Asked the lady for an ombré look with white/champagne/beige and she asked for a picture. When I show her the picture, she tells me the picture doesn’t do anything since real life always looks different than the picture…. Really wanted the ombré and kept telling her I wanted a gradient with the solid white tip. Eventually she gave up and told me she can’t do ombré so I had no choice but to do a regular color. Arrived at 9:30 this am for appt made two days ago. Entire business gone and place is totally empty. Business next door told me the spa was evicted. All stations, furniture, counters etc was in a big pile behind the shop.. Hate losing my regular pedicurist, Emmy. She was great and hope she is OK.
Worst nail salon experience. As soon as I walk in I got the nastiest looks from the workers. I asked for a simple French pedicure and everyone acted very confused. The short hair lady started my acrylic without asking me how long and starting rounding my nails. I asked her if they could be square she told me “someone else can do it” and walked away.
