although the outcome is usually very nice, even with an appt. it has taken upto 2 1/2 hours to get a fill and pedicure. I can't waste this much time in a day. If I have an appointment, don't make me wait for 30 minutes before taking me and leave me in the pedicure chair for another 30-45 minutes. It's extremely frustrating. And please only speak English. You are in America !
