Hong is absolutely amazing! My nails are not thick or unnatural feeling in any sort of way. The best nail care I've ever experienced & I'll keep going back!

If there's only one reason that I cannot get to see Ms. Hong right now, which is the only reason why I have not been to see her. She is absolutely great! She takes her time. She will show you the colors on her own nails and will get it just right for you. I have a disability and she is so helpful to make sure that I am comfortable. I am going other places but have not been as satisfied and comfortable as I am with Ms. Hong!

Went in to get my eyebrows done and it looks horrible. Uneven and one eyebrow is bigger than the other. She didn't care to make it right either . Made me pay for an awful job. I will never return

I wish I could review, without giving this place a star. But they really need to take off the door "walk in welcome". This happened twice to me with this nail service place the first time I brushed it off because it was late 4:30. But 4/19 I felt not welcomed and was pushed out and mistreated . I only went there because both times my car was in the shop up the street from this nail place and I had events to attend the following day .
