I initially requested an appointment with Paula, and for the first appointment, I was contacted and asked to adjust my schedule to accommodate her, which I found unusual. Today, I received a cancellation notice for my appointment via text message, without prior communication or explanation. While I appreciate that they refunded my money, my overall experience with this nail salon has left me with the impression that they are unprofessional and do not value their clients’ time.
The skill level at Nail Candy by every single nail technician is amazing. The atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. The shop is beautifully designed and very Clean. Everyone has a friendly welcoming presence. I would recommend Nail Candy for sure.
