Bebe is wonderful and my absolute favorite. She is thorough and does a great job and is so sweet during it too. Eve is wonderful and always a smile to see when you walk in too. Love this place.
Been here a few times and have been disappointed. Recently, I came in for a fill and pedicure, fill is fine. Pedicure was not. Was never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted, just came in, rubbed lotion on my legs, trimmed my toes and put polish on. I was never asked if I wanted to upgrade, which I did. My feet were never scrubbed. I have had better service here before and expected that. Very upsetting. For the price I paid and was willing to pay extra, just a huge let down.
UPDATE: STILL THE VERY BEST NAIL SALON EVER... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOUTIQUE & SPA. BY FAR THE BEST SERVICE AND PEOPLE. They definitely get 10stars from me. I drive a ways to this place every 2 weeks and it's worth every mile Update: It has been 10years that I have been going to Mimi from her salon in Plant City to the one in Lakeland. I went as far as HUNTING HER DOWN when she moved to lakeland 🤣 When I say I would drive 5hrs just to have her do my nails that is no exaggeration.
